Example: Join_Muted token

An example of a Join Muted token that allows a user to join a channel in muted state.

The token in this example allows the user "jerky" to join the channel 
"sip:confctl-g-blindmelon.testchannel\@tla.vivox.com"
in a muted state.
The token expiration time is September 17, 2020 at 1:30 PM UTC.
The token signing key is "secret!" (not including quotes).
