Use the Package Manager preferences to change the default cache location for the following packages:
- Packages installed from the Unity Registry
- Packages downloaded from the Asset Store
To open the preferences, go to Edit > Preferences > Packag Manager (macOS: Unity > Settings > Package Manager).
