Disable the Vivox SDK internal AEC

How to disable AEC on iOS devices.

It is possible to disable the Vivox SDK internal acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), which can save processing power and battery.
Caution: Only disable the Vivox SDK internal AEC in circumstances where you are certain AEC is not needed, such as when headphones are plugged in or when the Voice-Processing I/O audio unit is activated.
To disable the Vivox SDK internal AEC, invoke the 
vx_set_vivox_aec_enabled(0)
call.
