Remarks

In development builds, UnityWebRequest is allowed to use plain text HTTP connections. Otherwise, it is only allowed to use HTTPS connections.
Choose this option to if you want to use insecure plain text HTTP connections with local servers while developing your application, and secure HTTPS connections in a release build.
