Create a Cloud-Code script.

Create a Cloud-Code script. Please check Parameter parsing for scripts to see how the command parses the parameters in the script. If you plan to create multiple scripts, checkout Deploy.

The name of the script to create 
<file-path>
File path of the script to copy
