Deprecated. GetMonoUsedSize has been deprecated since it is limited to 4GB. Please use GetMonoUsedSizeLong() instead.
public static uint GetMonoUsedSize()

Returns

Type

Description

uint

Remarks

This is the amount of allocated memory for non collected objects in managed memory.
Always call
GC.Collect
before this call, because non-referenced objects take up space until the garbage collector runs. If you don't call
GC.Collect
, this displays an increasing number until
GC.Collect
is called elsewhere.

Examples

using UnityEngine;using System.Collections;public class ExampleClass : MonoBehaviour{ void Update() { #if ENABLE_PROFILER System.GC.Collect(); Debug.Log("Managed memory used size" + UnityEngine.Profiling.Profiler.GetMonoUsedSize() + "Bytes"); #endif }}
