Technical support
For help with technical issues while running Unity Ads User Acquisition campaigns, please use the Unity Contact us form. The Support team provides help for technical issues with your campaign, such as the following:
- Install attribution integration
- Uploading creatives to the User Acquisition dashboard
- Technical issues with Playable creatives
- Issues using the Advertising Statistics API or Advertising Management API
- Data discrepancies between Unity and your integrated partners
- Any other technical questions or concerns
When you fill out the support form, include your campaign details such as the Organization ID and the platform-specific Game ID.

- Organization ID

Invoices
If you want to receive payment invoices, you can request them by contacting the Unity Invoicing team at ads-invoicing@unity3d.com. Please include the details of your Organization and campaign to help the team locate your invoices as quickly as possible.
