Set up Tipalti two-factor authentication.

To set up your Tipalti TFA for your payout profile, do the following:
- Enter a valid phone number that can receive SMS messages
- Select Send code.
- The specified phone number will receive a 6-digit code via SMS. Enter the code within 60 seconds and select Submit to initialize TFA.
