Remarks
The default value is which allows the user to drag items to and from other views when you implement BaseVerticalCollectionView.canStartDrag, BaseVerticalCollectionView.setupDragAndDrop, BaseVerticalCollectionView.dragAndDropUpdate, and BaseVerticalCollectionView.handleDrop. Set this value to to allow the user to reorder items in the list.
