Remarks
Set this property to switch the mode provider at runtime. Adaptive Performance calls IAdaptivePerformanceModeProvider.OnOperationModeEnd on the outgoing provider and IAdaptivePerformanceModeProvider.OnOperationModeStart on the incoming provider.
