Publishers who want to use their ad revenue payouts to fund their ad campaigns with Unity Ads User Acquisition can move ad revenue funds with User Acquisition transfers. User Acquisition transfers differ from regular earnings payouts. Transfers might take up to 24 hours to complete. After funds transfer from the publisher account on the Monetization dashboard to the advertiser account on the User Acquisition dashboard, you can't transfer them back to your publisher account. To access User Acquisition transfers, you need to be an Owner in your organization. For more information about organization User types, refer to Roles and permissions in the Unity Cloud documentation. For step-by-step instructions on how to assign user types and roles in your organization, refer to Manage members, groups, and roles.
Types of transfers
Unity supports two types of User Acquisition Transfers: One-time and Monthly Automatic. Refer to the following table to understand how these transfers differ:Transfer type | Description | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| One-time | Publishers create a single transfer of funds. | One-time transfers must be at least $100. |
| Monthly Automatic | Publishers set up recurring transfers that happen on a monthly basis. | You can have one recurring transfer enabled at a time. |
Fund availability
Your earned ad revenue isn't available for transfer immediately. Earnings become available for transfer no later than the tenth day of the month following the month you earned them. Refer to the following examples of when funds are available for transfer:Earnings month | Funds available for transfer |
|---|---|
| January | No later than February 10 |
