To access Unity products and services, you need a Unity ID account.
When you create an account, a default organization is associated with your ID and you get a subscription to the free Unity Personal plan for this organization. Read more about Unity plans.
If you sign in to the Unity Editor or the Unity website with a third-party account, such as a Google or Facebook account, Unity creates a Unity ID account for you. Later, if you create another account with the same email address, then the purchases that you have made with your Facebook account are tied to your new Unity account.
To create a Unity ID account, follow these steps:
-
Go to Unity Cloud.
-
Select Create account.
-
Enter this information:
- The email that you want to associate this account with
- The password that you will use with the new account
- The username that you want to use in Unity Cloud
- Your full name.
-
Choose whether to accept the terms of service, to acknowledge the privacy policies, and opt in to receive promotional updates.
-
Select Create Unity ID.
Unity creates your new account.
Go to your account settings to manage other parts of your account, such as subscriptions and seats.
