Unity Organizations

Unity Organizations allow you to organize your game development projects, and services. An Organization can consist of a single user, or multiple users collaborating across one or more projects.

You can create or belong to as many Organizations as you like. To keep your activities for different companies or personal use separate, Unity recommends using a separate Organization for each entity. Separating your activities through Organizations also facilitates seamless personnel changes. For example, if an employee leaves your company, you can reallocate their seat because the subscription is tied to the Organization instead of the user.

To view a list of Organizations associated with your Unity ID, sign in to the Unity ID portal and select Organizations from the left navigation bar.

Creating a Unity ID

To start using Unity Gaming Services with your projects, you’ll need to create a Unity ID. There are two ways to create a Unity ID:

When you’re prompted to log in, click the create one link, then follow the instructions to provide your email, password, username, and full name. When you create an account, Unity generates a personal Organization associated with your ID and username.

You can manage your account and Organization in the Unity ID portal. You can also use your Unity ID to log in to the Unity Cloud Dashboard, to manage your Organization’s projects and services.
