vcxProjDefaultLanguage
Sets the XML \<defaultLanguage\> value specified in the generated Visual Studio project file (.vcxproj). Applies only to the initial file generation, preexisting files will not be modified. When empty 'en-US' will be used. Only applies to the UWP platform.
