Tenjin

Use Tenjin for attribution tracking and insights into user acquisition and in-app behavior.

This guide will help you configure ironSource as an integrated partner with Tenjin. For more information, refer to the Tenjin Help Center.

Configure ironSource integration with Tenjin

  1. Log into your Tenjin account.
  2. Go to the Channels tab and click Add a Channel.
  3. Select ironSource.
  4. Name the account.
  5. Enter your ironSource advertiser ID and password.
  6. Set the attribution window for clicks (the default is 7 days, leave blank to keep the default).
  1. Go to Campaigns in the top bar.
  2. Click Create a New Campaign.
  3. In the New Campaign pop-up:
    • Set "ironSource" as the marketing channel
    • Select the app
    • Name the campaign
After the campaign is created, you will be able to access your tracking links. Copy the Click Tracking URL and Impression Tracking URL and use them for you ironSource campaigns.

Setting up postbacks

  1. Go to Configure > Apps.
  2. Select the app you want.
  3. Click + New Callback and select ironSource from the list of partners.
  4. Choose which events to set (for example, install, app open).
  5. Set the name of the callback (you can keep the default).
  6. Confirm that the Active box is checked (should be enabled by default).
  7. Add your ironSource password and advertiser ID.
  8. Repeat these steps for every callback you want to send to ironSource.

Setting up revenue postbacks

Ensure you're using the latest Tenjin SDK and ask Tenjin to enable ad revenue postbacks for your account. You can do this by contacting your Tenjin point of contact or by emailing support@tenjin.com.
  1. Under Select a template, select ironSource Ad Revenue.
  2. Set the name of the callback, or keep the default name.
  3. Confirm that the Active box is checked (it should be enabled by default).
  4. Add your ironSource password and advertiser ID.
