Remarks
This event is raised when the shortcut overrides are changed on the active profile, e.g. via IShortcutManager.RebindShortcut or ClearShortcutOverrides. It is not raised when shortcut overrides change in response to changing the active profile changed (use IShortcutManager.activeProfileChanged instead).
