Learn how to implement presence in companion applications.

Desktop companion applications often want to detect keyboard input while the game has focus but the keyboard does not. Companion applications that want to automatically set presence to "away" also want to know whether a computer has gone idle. You can configure this by using many techniques on both Windows and macOS, and published source code for these scenarios is widely available on the internet.
For assistance with implementing companion applications, contact Vivox Support.
