Base commands are not tied to a specific service.

Command	Description
`ugs login`	Log in with Unity Hub or a service account.
`ugs logout`	Clear the login saved by `ugs login` .
`ugs status`	Show which credentials the CLI is using.
`ugs config`	Get, set or delete configuration values such as `project-id` and `environment-name` .
`ugs env`	Add, list, use or delete environments.
`ugs deploy`	Deploy local configuration files to the supported services.
`ugs fetch`	Fetch configuration from the supported services into local files.
