After you deploy Self-Hosted Deployment in Amazon Web Services, set up the identity subsystem. If you deployed into your own Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) cluster, also set up backups, monitoring, and data migration for Percona Server for MongoDB.

Step 1: Set up the identity subsystem

Set up the identity subsystem, based on Keycloak.

Step 2: Set up backups for Percona Server for MongoDB

Set up backups for your database infrastructure in your own Kubernetes cluster with Percona Server for MongoDB (PSMDB).

Step 3: Set up Percona Monitoring and Management

Set up the monitoring of your database infrastructure with Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM).

Step 4: Migrate data to Percona Server for MongoDB

Migrate your data from the MongoDB virtual machine (VM) to Percona Server for MongoDB (PSMDB) in your Kubernetes cluster.
