Webshop list actions reference
Manage the actions available for each existing webshop from the Webshop list.

Manage existing webshops from the Monetization > Webshop list, where you can open configuration, review reporting and activity history, and unpublish or delete a webshop. Each row includes an action menu for the selected webshop in its current environment, which you can use to update settings, review changes, and control public availability.
Available options
Action | Description | Result |

| Edit | Opens the full configuration view for the selected environment. This includes General, Catalog & payment provider, Customize theme, and Hero banner. | Updates webshop settings and content. |
| View reporting | Opens the reporting view for the selected webshop. | Shows the webshop's sales and activity. |
| View logs | Opens the webshop's activity log. Displays recorded lifecycle events. | Helps you confirm when a change took effect and investigate unexpected Dashboard state. |
| Unpublish webshop | Takes the live webshop offline. The public URL returns a | Removes public access without deleting draft configuration. |
| Delete webshop | Permanently removes the webshop and its configuration. This action doesn't affect the studio name, project, or IAP catalog. If you delete the last webshop in your organization, the studio name becomes available again. If you plan to create another webshop later and want to keep the same URL prefix, unpublish the webshop instead of deleting it, or keep a placeholder webshop in a low-traffic project so your studio name stays claimed. | Permanently deletes the webshop. |
