Remarks
LicensingUtility.HasEntitlementsExtended returns one of these structures for each entitlement you request, including the ones the user does not hold.
Use Status rather than the presence of the structure to decide whether the entitlement is granted. An entitlement the licensing system could not resolve is missing from the results altogether, which reads the same as not being granted.
