Upload multiple assets

1. In Asset Manager, select the arrow sign next to the Add asset button.
2. Select Add multiple assets. The button name changes to Add multiple assets.
3. In the Upload assets field, you can either:
   • Select the File Upload button to browse the assets
   • Drag and drop the assets.
4. In the Asset Type drop-down list, select the assets type
5. On top of the page, select the Save as draft button.

Publish multiple assets

Publish multiple assets

1. In Asset Manager, you can:
   • Select one asset in Draft status. The asset view opens on the left side of the screen.
   • Select several assets in Draft status. The asset view opens on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the Edit Asset button. If you select several assets, the number of assets to edit appears in the asset view.
3. In the Name field, enter a name for the asset.
4. In the Type drop-down list, select the asset type.
5. (Optional) In the Description field, enter a description.
6. In the Asset previews field, you can either:
   • Select the Browse button to upload a preview image or video of the asset.
   • Drag and drop the preview image or video.
7. In the Tags field, enter descriptive tags.
8. In the Assets Details section, select the + Add Metadata button to add custom metadata.
9. You can either:
   • Select Save as draft to save the asset as a draft. Only contributors and the above role will see the asset in the project.
   • Select the Publish radio button to publish the asset. All users invited to the project with an asset manager role can inspect the asset.
