Integrate with Tenjin

Integrating with Tenjin enables you to keep track of installs and receive post-install event postbacks for your ad campaigns.

Refer to the following instructions to enable Tenjin to send install and post-install event data to Unity:

Prerequisites

To set up Tenjin to send install and post-install data to Unity, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:

Activate the Tenjin integration with Unity

To activate the integration between Unity and Tenjin, do the following in the Tenjin dashboard:

  1. From the navigation menu, go to Configure > Channels.

  2. Select Add a Channel and choose Unity Ads.

  3. Go to the Campaigns tab and select Create Campaign.

  4. Select Unity Ads from the Marketing Account dropdown.

  5. Choose the appropriate app from the App dropdown and Name your campaign.

  6. Select Create campaign. When the system prompts you with a Callback to be created message, follow the provided link to continue and generate an attribution link.

    Note: You need attribution tracking links to enable Adjust to pass install data to Unity. Refer to Integrate Attribution links for instructions on how to use the attribution links you generate as part of this setup.

  7. On the New Callback page, choose Unity Ads install in the Select a template section.

  8. Go to the Unity Ads Settings section of the page and enter your Unity Game ID in the Remote App ID field.

    Note: You can locate your Game ID at the top of the Campaigns page for your selected app in the User Acquisition dashboard.

  9. Select Save Callback.
