Integrate with Adjust

Integrating with a mobile measurement partner (MMP) enables you to keep track of installs and receive post-install event postbacks for your ad campaigns.

Refer to the following instructions to enable Adjust to send install and post-install event data to Unity:
Prerequisites
To set up Adjust to send install and post-install data to Unity, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:
- Add at least one app to the Unity Ads User Acquisition dashboard.
- Download the latest version of the Adjust SDK
Activate the Adjust integration with Unity
To activate the integration between Unity and Adjust, do the following in the Adjust dashboard:
Go to Campaign Lab and select Partners.
Click New partner and select Unity Ads from the options.
Select Next to open the App selection page.
Choose your selected app to create an integration link and click Next.
Enter your Unity Game ID in the GAME ID field.
Note: You can locate your Game ID at the top of the Campaigns page for your selected app in the User Acquisition dashboard.
In the What will be shared by default section, choose what kind of data Adjust will pass to unity. By default, Adjust shares the following data:
install
session
reattribution
event
rejectedInstall
Refer to the Adjust data-sharing configuration reference for help understanding the configuration options.
Use the What sources of data do you want to share section to choose whether to pass data from all of your app’s installs (including unattributed) or just those attributed to Unity. Selecting Data from all attribution sources allows Unity’s models to learn from your purchase events across all networks.
On the Setup review page, select Create link to enable data sharing with Unity Ads and generate an attribution link.
Copy the attribution link for integration in the Unity dashboard.
Note: You need attribution tracking links to enable Adjust to pass install data to Unity. Refer to Integrate attribution links with Unity for instructions on how to use the attribution links you generate as part of this setup.
