Troubleshooting

Possible error codes during processing:

43001Service Unavailable. Safe Voice is not ready to handle the request. It could be due to a large number of processing jobs.
43002Internal Server Error.
43003No audio captured. Safe Voice found no audio for the channel.
43004Invalid storage credentials. Verify your secret and access ID are valid for AWS.
43005Unexpected error during processing.
43006Exceeded the quota limit. You can increase the quota on the Settings page in the Unity Dashboard.
43007Screening has been ignored due to the trigger filters configured for this project
43008Screening has been ignored due to the volume filters configured for this project
43009No consent information available for this screening.
43103Unsupported audio codec. Safe Voice only supports the SDK configured with Opus audio.
43107AWS is throttled with 503 codes on your bucket. If you see these errors consistently, Safe Voice recommends using multiple buckets by round-robining them through your API calls.
