How to create a new Unity ID account

Before you can access Unity products or services, you must create a Unity account. From My Account Settings, you can manage other parts of your account, such as subscriptions.

If you use Google or Facebook to sign in to the Unity Editor or website, an account is automatically created for you in our systems. If you later decide to create a Unity ID account with the same email, any purchases you made on your Facebook account will be tied to your new Unity ID account.

To create a new account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Unity Cloud.
  2. Select Create account.
  3. In the Email field, enter the email you want to associate this account with.
  4. In the Password field, enter the password you will use with the new account.
  5. In the Username field, enter the name you want to display in Unity Cloud.
  6. In the Full Name field, enter your full name.
  7. Select options to accept terms of service, acknowledge privacy policies, and opt-in to any promotional updates.
  8. Select Create Unity ID.

The system creates your new account.
