Configure an Ad Source
Attention: The Unity Mediation package is no longer available for new installs as of December 2022. Publishers interested in implementing or maintaining a monetization solution are recommended to use Unity LevelPlay via the Ads Mediation package in the Unity Editor. Learn how to integrate Unity LevelPlay with the Unity Editor by installing the Ads Mediation package. Once integrated, refer to the Unity Mediation to Unity LevelPlay migration guide for more details.
Use Ad Sources to create mediation line items or implement monetization strategies through mediation waterfalls. Ad Sources also fetch ad network data for reporting purposes.
Attention: The Ad Source links on this page respectively concern a product or service (each a “Third Party Product”) that is not developed, owned, or operated by Unity. This information may not be up-to-date or complete, and is provided to you for your information and convenience only. Your access and use of any Third Party Product is governed solely by the terms and conditions of such Third Party Product. Unity makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding such Third Party Products, and will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss arising from your use thereof (including damage or loss arising from any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from the provider of any Third Party Products).
Prerequisites
Before you configure an Ad Source, you must first Configure an Ad Unit.
Supported Ad Sources
Unity Mediation supports Unity Ads and the following third-party ad networks as Ad Sources.
Note: If you exclusively use Unity Ads as an Ad Source, then no additional configuration steps are required.
Important: You must install all third-party Ad Source adapters and SDKs before you use them in a waterfall. If you are using the Unity Editor, each ad network adapter that you select automatically pulls in the required ad network SDK.
