# Download and import templates

> Import and export bulk campaign management templates to make bulk changes to your campaigns.

User Bulk campaign management templates to manage your campaigns. Refer to the following instructions to import and export templates.

## Import templates

To make changes to your campaigns by importing bulk management templates, follow these steps in the [Unity User Acquisition dashboard](https://cloud.unity.com/acquire):

1. Go to **Campaigns** from the left navigation menu.
2. Select the import button from the upper menu and select one of the following templates:
   * Campaigns setups
   * Bids
   * Source bids
3. In the Import dialog, select your app from the list.
4. Browse and select or drag your template file.
5. The dashboard summarizes the changes from the template. Select the arrow next to affected campaigns to expand the change details.
6. Select **Save**.

### Validation errors

If you attempt to import a spreadsheet with validation errors, an error message appears prompting you to download the file and fix the errors.

## Export templates

To export your campaign setup as a template, follow these steps:

1. Go to **Campaigns** from the left navigation menu.
2. Select the export button from the upper menu and select one of the following templates:
   * Campaigns setups
   * Bids
   * Source bids
3. In the Export dialog, select your app from the list.
4. Select **Export**.

### Validation errors
