# Unity Version Control On-Prem

> Configure and manage your on-premises server and the clients.

Unity offers a Unity Version Control (UVCS) On-Prem license if you want to use your own on-premises server instead of the Unity Cloud.

> **Note:**
>
> If you want a cloud based version control system, refer to [Unity Version Control](/unity-version-control.md).

If you need further assistance with your purchase or your company has a procurement process in place, please [contact the Sales team](https://create.unity.com/contact-unity-expert) for additional support.
