# Cloud Repositories project

> Manage access to the Unity Version Control repositories that your organization had before the permissions change on April 14, 2025.

On April 14, 2025, Unity Version Control (UVCS) started using Unity organization and project permissions to control access to repositories. If your organization had UVCS repositories before this change, those repositories are in a Unity Cloud project named **Cloud Repositories**, which keeps the access that each user had before the change.

This section applies only if your organization had UVCS repositories before April 14, 2025. If your organization signed up for Unity DevOps after the change, you don't need to take any action.
