* **Action** - An action is a negative consequence in response to a player committing an offense.
* **Incident** - An incident is a player report of another player breaking the rules of your online community or otherwise committing offensive behavior (committing an offense).
* **Reporter** - The reporter of an incident is the player who reported the incident.
* **Offender** - The offender of an incident is the player who committed the offense.
* **Offense type** - The offense type is the general categorization of the offensive behavior committed by the offender. Refer to Offenses for a full list of offense types.
