# Schedule a report

> Schedule report delivery in the Unity Monetization Dashboard to automatically email app monetization performance data to recipients at a set frequency.

You can schedule a performance report to send it to recipients automatically. Scheduling reports helps you to share them with team members and stakeholders who don’t have access to the [Unity Monetization Dashboard](https://cloud.unity.com/monetization) or don’t need to sign in to view them.

To schedule a report for delivery, follow these steps from the **Performance** page:

1. Go to the report you want to schedule its delivery.
2. Select **Actions** and then **Edit / Schedule**.
3. Enter the report **Name**. Recipients will see this name as their email subject title.
4. Optional: set this report as the default view. If you do so, it’s displayed by default each time you go to the **Performance** page.
5. Under **schedule report**, select the report delivery frequency.
6. Enter the **Email** addresses of the recipients you want to send this report to.
7. Select **Save**.

After you schedule the report, the first report is sent on the next scheduled delivery date based on the frequency you selected. For example, if you schedule a report on a Monday and choose **Weekly**, the first report is sent on the following Monday.
