# Complete your payout profile

> Complete your payout profile on the Unity Ads Monetization Dashboard to configure payment details and submit tax forms to enable ad revenue payouts.

To receive earnings payouts with Unity Ads Monetization, you must complete a payout profile and set up two-factor authentication in the Unity Ads Monetization Dashboard. Refer to the following sections for step-by-step instructions.

## Prerequisites

Before you set up your payout profile, complete the following prerequisite tasks:

* Add your app to the dashboard.
* Add your project to the dashboard.

## Complete your payout profile in the dashboard

To complete your payout profile, to the following in the [Unity Ads Monetization dashboard](https://cloud.unity.com/monetization):

1. From the left navigation menu, go to **Payments**.
2. On the **Payments** page, go to the **Payment info** tab.
3. In the **Payout** section, select the edit pencil icon to configure your profile.
4. Set up two-factor authentication with a phone number. To make future changes to your payout profile, you need access to this mobile number.
5. Enter your **Address** and **Payment Method** information.

> Ensure you meet the following requirements based on location:

* US Publishers: Ensure that the individual or company name is an exact match of the name that you report to the IRS. Otherwise, your EIN/SSN validation might fail.
* All Publishers: Ensure that you're using your company's official legal name for this tax form.

6. Fill out the appropriate [tax forms](./tax/tax-information) for your organization. If you're unsure which tax forms you need to complete, select **Take the Tax Form Questionnaire**.
