# Register your network as a custom adapter for Flutter

> Submit a registration form to include your network in ironSource mediation, providing necessary details for adapter development and integration.

To be part of Unity LevelPlay mediation, you are required to register your network using a registration form. After this process is completed, you will receive a network key to share with your publishers, and information for your integration process.

> **Note:**
>
> After the form is submitted, you cannot change your registration setup. Any
> change will require re-submitting the form and registering your network again.

## How to fill the registration form

### Network details

In this section you’ll be asked to provide information that will be used to identify your network on the ironSource platform and for building your custom adapters.

### Network configurations

In this section you’ll be asked to provide all the required details for your network to deliver ads. It should include your supported platforms, ad units, configuration parameters and reporting API if supported.

After you submit the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email includes important information for your publishers and for creating your adapters.
