# Rewarded settings

> Configure virtual currency settings for rewarded video ads by defining the in-app currency name and establishing a conversion rate on the Ad Units or Placements page.

Virtual currency settings are used to run rewarded video ad units. Each time a user views a rewarded video, the user is rewarded with your in-app currency according to the conversion rate defined in LevelPlay.

To configure your virtual currency settings, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Ad units or Placements page.
2. Select your app.
3. Select **Edit** for rewarded video.
4. Enter the the rewarded item name and reward amount:
   * **Reward item name**: The name of virtual currency defined on your [Ad Placement](/grow/levelplay/platform/settings/placements.md). Select the currency to edit.
   * **Reward amount**: The amount of virtual currency your user will get for every 1 USD LevelPlay pays you. Select the conversion rate.
5. Select **Save**.
