# SetGraphicsAPIs(BuildTarget, GraphicsDeviceType[])

> Sets the graphics APIs used on a build platform.

## Definition

* **Type:** Method
* **Namespace:** [UnityEditor](/engine/6000.7/script-reference/unityeditor.md)
* **Assembly:** UnityEditor.CoreModule

```csharp
public static void SetGraphicsAPIs(BuildTarget platform, GraphicsDeviceType[] apis)
```

### Parameters

**** (\[BuildTarget]\(/engine/6000.7/script-reference/unityeditor/buildtarget)): Platform to set APIs for.**** (\[GraphicsDeviceType\[]]\(/engine/6000.7/script-reference/unityengine/rendering/graphicsdevicetype)): Array of graphics APIs.

### Remarks

By default each platform is using "automatic" graphics API detection and picks the best available one (see [PlayerSettings.SetUseDefaultGraphicsAPIs](/engine/6000.7/script-reference/unityeditor/playersettings/setusedefaultgraphicsapis.md)). However it is possible to change that to explicitly limit the graphics APIs used. The passed APIs will be tried in the order they are given, and first available one will be used.
