To enable all the sections of the **Rendering Debugger** in your built application, set **Managed Code Variant** to **Debug** or **Checked** in [**Player Settings**](/engine/6000.7/manual/unity-editor/editor-settings-reference/comp-manager-group/class-player-settings.md), and disable **Strip Runtime Debug Shaders** in **Project Settings > Graphics > URP Global Settings**. Otherwise, you can only use the [Display Stats](/engine/6000.7/manual/analysis/graphics-performance-profiling/in-urp/understand-performance/rendering-debugger/reference.md#display-stats) section.

To disable the runtime UI, use the [enableRuntimeUI](https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.core@17.0/api/UnityEngine.Rendering.DebugManager.html#UnityEngine_Rendering_DebugManager_enableRuntimeUI) property.
