# WWW

> Creates a WWW request with the given URL.

## WWW(string)

Creates a WWW request with the given URL.

> **Deprecated.** Use UnityWebRequest, a fully featured replacement which is more efficient and has additional features

### Parameters

**** (\[string]\(https\://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)): The url to download. Must be '%' escaped.

### Remarks

This function creates and sends a GET request. The stream will automatically start downloading the response.

After the stream is created you have to wait for it to complete, then you can access the downloaded data. As a convenience the stream can be yielded, so you can very easily tell Unity to wait for the download to complete.

***Note:*** URL must be '%' escaped.

## WWW(string, WWWForm)

Creates a WWW request with the given URL.

### Parameters

**** (\[string]\(https\://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)): The url to download. Must be '%' escaped.**** (\[WWWForm]\(/engine/6000.6/script-reference/unityengine/wwwform)): A [WWWForm](/engine/6000.6/script-reference/unityengine/wwwform.md) instance containing the form data to post.

### Remarks

This function creates and sends a POST request with form data contained in a [WWWForm](/engine/6000.6/script-reference/unityengine/wwwform.md) parameter. This is the same as calling `new WWW(url,form.data, form.headers)`. The stream will automatically start downloading the response.

After the stream is created you have to wait for it to complete, then you can access the downloaded data. As a convenience the stream can be yielded, so you can very easily tell Unity to wait for the download to complete.

## WWW(string, byte\[])

Creates a WWW request with the given URL.

Creates a WWW request with the given URL.
