## TryExcludePlatformAt(string, int, Exception)

### Parameters

**** (\[string]\(https\://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)): The platform name.**** (\[int]\(https\://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.int32)): The index of the Quality Level, must be positive and lower than the count of Quality Levels.**** (\[Exception]\(https\://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.exception)): The error raised by the API.
