# Manage product access

> Assign or revoke seats on your Unity products and assets.

Assets you purchase in the Asset Store are listed in the **My Products** > **Assets** page.

To be able to use an asset, users must have a seat. Each seat grants one organization member access to that product. [Assign](#assign-a-seat) or [revoke seats](#revoke-a-seat) to manage access to assets.

## Assign a seat

To assign a seat on a product or asset, follow these steps:

1. In the [Unity Dashboard](https://cloud.unity.com), open the Account menu and select **Manage organization**.
2. In the Administration menu, select **My Products** > **Assets**.
3. Select the product or asset.
4. In the **Seats** section of the asset page, select a user from the organization and select **Assign seat**.

The selected user can now use the asset you've granted them access to.

## Revoke a seat

To revoke a seat on a product or asset, follow these steps:

1. In the [Unity Dashboard](https://cloud.unity.com), open the Account menu and select **Manage organization**.
2. In the Administration menu, select **My Products** > **Assets**.
3. Select the product or asset.
4. Find the member whose seat you want to revoke, then select **Revoke seat**.

The selected user can no longer use the asset you've revoked access from. You can now re-assign this seat to another user.
