# Unlink Google Analytics from the Developer Data framework

> Unlink a Google Analytics property from the Developer Data framework to stop data sharing or set up a new connection.

If you no longer want to share data between Google Analytics 4 and Unity, then you can unlink Google Analytics from the Developer Data framework. You might also want to unlink Google Analytics for the following reasons:

* To change which project or organization a Google Analytics property is connected to.
* To connect a different Google Analytics property to the project or organization.

When you unlink Google Analytics, Unity stops importing data and removes the following access and credentials:

* Any BigQuery link it created in Unity, and its access to your BigQuery data
* The Measurement Protocol API secrets created on your property's data streams, and Unity's stored copy of those secrets
* The Unity service account from your Google Analytics property's access list
* Unity's record of the Google Analytics connection

## Unlink Google Analytics

To unlink Google Analytics from the Developer Data framework, follow these steps:

> **Important:**
>
> If you set up the BigQuery link yourself, then BigQuery continues exporting data until you delete the link in Google Analytics. For instructions on how to edit your Google Analytics settings, refer to [Set up BigQuery Export](https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9823238?hl=en#delete) (Google).
