# Viewer Issue

## Secondary monitor is white

If you use two monitors and display Asset Transformer Studio on a secondary monitor, the Viewer appears white and shows nothing.

This known issue is caused by a [conflict between nVidia GPUs and other software](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/297952/nahimic-and-nvidia-drivers-conflict/).

Here is a workaround:

1. In the `ProgramData` folder, find the `A-Volute` folder, for example:

   `C:\ProgramData\A-Volute\DellInc.AlienwareSoundCenter\Modules\ScheduledModules\Configurator`

2. Open the `BlackApps.dat` file.

3. Add `PixyzStudio.exe` to the list of applications.

4. Save the file.
