Create your projects in Unity Cloud to ensure they are connected to Unity Gaming Services when you open them from the Unity Editor.
To create a Unity Cloud project, follow these steps:

Go the Unity Cloud Home page.

Go to Projects, and then select New.

Enter the project name and specify the COPPA designation.

Select Create.
Unity creates the project and displays the project settings, such as the project visibility. The new project is assigned to the active organization. The project inherits the organization's member user types and settings.

In the Project Details section, select Edit next to the setting that you want to update, make your changes, and then select Save.
You can edit these project settings:
- The project name
- The icon that represents your project
- The Google license key for in-app purchases
- If you have a subscription to a paid Unity Cloud plan, the visibility of the project
You can't edit the project ID or the COPPA designation.
