Manage access to your project

User management inside the Asset Manager works as an extension of Unity Cloud projects. This means that once a project is created inside the Asset Manager it is administered the same way any other Unity Cloud project would be.

In a Unity Cloud project you are given one of the following user types:

  • Owner
  • Manager
  • User

If the project is enabled in the Asset Manager then you need to be given a project role that is specific to the Asset Manager to be able to view and access the project.

Restrict the visibility of a project

To protect intellectual property or to simplify the organization's project list, restrict the visibility of some projects to organization owners, organization managers, and project members.

Add users to a Project

  1. On the left side of the Unity Cloud dashboard, select Projects.
  2. Select the project you wish to add users to.
  3. Under the project details, select the Project members tab.
  4. Select Add project members.
  5. In the Emails field, enter the user email address.
