In a Unity Cloud project you are given one of the following user types:
Owner
Manager
User
If the project is enabled in the Asset Manager then you need to be given a project role that is specific to the Asset Manager to be able to view and access the project.
Restrict the visibility of a project
To protect intellectual property or to simplify the organization's project list, restrict the visibility of some projects to organization owners, organization managers, and project members.
Add users to a Project
- On the left side of the Unity Cloud dashboard, select Projects.
- Select the project you wish to add users to.
- Under the project details, select the Project members tab.
- Select Add project members.
- In the Emails field, enter the user email address.
- In the User type drop-down list, select a user type.
- Select Add to project.

Assign an Asset Manager project role to a user
- In the Project members tab, select ... next to the project member name.
- Select Edit roles in project.
- In the Asset Manager drop-down list, select a role.
- Select Save.
