Add custom metadata field to your asset

How to add a custom metadata field from your organization library to improve your asset’s relevance.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you meet the following prerequisites:

Any user with the Contributor role in a project can add or remove custom metadata fields from assets.

To add a custom metadata field to your asset, follow these steps:

Select an asset. A side panel appears on the right.
On the top right corner, select Edit. You’re now in editing mode.
Go below to the Custom section and select Add Custom Field. The Add metadata window opens.
Select the Organization library tab.
Select a metadata from the dropdown list.
Select Add.
Enter a value in the added metadata field.

Important

You need to enter a value to add the metadata field to the asset.
